My artwork is exclusively licensed for tubes through Creative Image
Licensing & Management (C.I.L.M.). C.I.L.M. offers packages of my artwork for a small one time fee for use in personal Non-Profit graphics projects. They also have a forum where you can
show off your creations. You can read more about their terms (which all use is subject to) here, and you can purchase my packs here. Use of my artwork for tubes,
tags, or alterations of any kind without a CILM license is
strictly prohibited. Please feel free to contact them if you have any questions about their
services, or would like to report a violation.
General Web Display
I will allow my art to be displayed in its unaltered state, as long as your
site and use is non-profit, and you credit me properly by including my name and a
working text or banner link to
http://silverstars.us next to the image(s). Do not remove my
copyright watermarks for any reason. To be clear:- No alterations (except proportional resizing)
- Non-profit use only
- Credit and link to my site
Please Note: I do not allow my art to be posted at image sharing sites such as Photobucket or Flickr. Many of these sites violate my terms of use, and many have policies that grossly violate my legal copyright.
Additionally, you may not use the general design of my website, or any of the graphics that make up the design including the images at the top of the page, dividers, background wallpaper, etc. Those graphics were created by me for this site only.
Use on Products & Reproduction Rights
If you would like to use my artwork for commercial "for profit" purposes please feel free to contact me and we can discuss licensing options and terms. I reserve the right to accept or decline any licensing request at my sole discretion. You may NOT reproduce or use my art in any way, for any reason, without first obtaining a signed contract from me.
For Use as a Tattoo
Tattoos based on my artwork are allowed for individuals, but tattoo artists are not allowed to commercially offer the designs without obtaining a signed licensing agreement from me. I do ask that individuals follow these two rules:
1) You purchase a print of the artwork so that the tattoo artist has a high quality reproduction to work from. I am sure you want your tattoo to look good since it will be a permanent part of you for the rest of your life. Purchasing a print will ensure that, and will provide a small amount of compensation to me for the use of my artwork.
2) Make sure that you get back any copies of the artwork that the tattoo artist may have made including the stencil. My art is copyrighted and is not to be offered by the tattooist as flash to another customer, or for any other commercial purpose.
Please feel free to send me a photo of your tattoo once it is done, I love seeing them!
Reporting Illegal Use
Copyright infringement of my work is treated very seriously. If you feel that you have seen my artwork being used in a way that does not follow my Terms of Use, and does not appear to be a legally licensed product, please contact me me with details of the infringement including any url's or other pertinent information.
